Hot take: not all mental health brands need to look like a sea of soft greens and whites. Therapy isn't a perfectly manicured, sunshine-and-rainbows experience. Sometimes it’s messy. Sometimes it’s raw. And most of the time, it’s deeply, deeply human.
When I set out to develop this mental health concept, I wanted to flip the script on what "therapy branding" should look like. Because, let’s face it - Millennials and Gen Z don’t need another clinical, impersonal platform. What they need is something real. Something that meets them where they are, whether that’s overwhelmed at work, overwhelmed because of lack of work, navigating existential dread, or just trying to figure out where to start.
This brand isn’t about sterile professionalism. It’s about grit, growth, and the stories that make us who we are. The palette is bold and moody, leaning into the reality that mental health is a spectrum; both the heavy and the light deserve space to exist.
Therapy isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. And progress? That’s something we all can relate to.
